Our Villa is an authentic Spanish, detached house with a garden (including swimming pool). Located in Benalmádena South Spain. It is a Villa with typical elements in Andalusia style but with a modern twist.  This is how comfort and luxury come together in an original Spanish style.

For a holiday at the beach, Spanish cuisine, going out, discovering cultural gems or undertaking sporting activities. On this website we take you to all the possibilities that our Villa has to offer, the surroundings and especially the Spanish country.

We deliberately keep it short to give you the opportunity to discover Benalmádena (and its surroundings) yourself. If you could use help or advice, we are more than happy to answer your questions.
The Villa has space for a maximum of 8 people. There are 4 bedrooms in the Villa. The largest bedroom has a double box spring and an en suite bathroom, the other 3 spacious bedrooms each have two single box springs. There are 3 bathrooms in the Villa with a walk-in shower, double sink and toilet, which were recently renovated in 2024.
The beds and bathrooms are of excellent quality and have been purchased locally.
The villa has its own kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, TV (with all Dutch, English, Spanish, German and other channels) and well-functioning WIFI.
The Villa offers space to work on location because a room has been set up as an office. In addition, the Villa and the bedrooms are tastefully decorated, with an eye for the authentic character of the house. Is the Villa non-smoking and child friendly. It is quietly located but is in a very lively area.

The garden is an extra room in itself and offers opportunities for a relaxed stay. The garden has sufficient privacy where you can stay in both the sun and the shade. The (unheated) swimming pool 9.5 x 4 meters offers cooling and fun at the same time. Beach beds are available and offer a beautiful sea view. There is an outdoor kitchen, sports and games options and garden furniture where you can enjoy traditional outdoor dining with up to 8 people. The lemon tree provides fruit for your own use, but as with everything, take each other into account.
Furnishing and decoration: With the furnishing of our Villa we have preserved the authentic style as much as possible so that it reflects the local culture and traditions. This is reflected, for example, in the tile work in Andalusia style. We have retained the typical stone floors, but also the (cupboard) doors and stairs in the original wooden style. In addition, we have left hanging or added decorative elements that are typical of the region, but of course there is also a touch of the Netherlands visible. This combination makes the house unique.
